Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Dornoch and District Community Association does not accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred whilst you are on the premises. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables from their vehicle and to make sure that their vehicle is secure before leaving their vehicle unattended. Unless selling from vehicle or displaying a Blue Badge all vehicles are to be removed from car park at the start of the sale.
Personal Injury and Loss or Damage to Property:
No liability or responsibility will be accepted by the Community Association or their representatives for:
(a) personal injury which may be suffered by any member of the public, including the hirer and assistants, in attending the function or in connection therewith;
(b) the loss of, or damage to, personal property;
(c) the loss of, or damage to, goods or articles of any description brought into the building;
(d) loss of, or damage to, any articles, goods or property in the custody of the Steward, which will be left entirely at the owner's risk.
Complaints:
Any stallholder having any complaint or observation to make in respect of any matter relative to the management of the event must submit details in writing to the Secretary, Dornoch Social Club, School Hill, Dornoch IV25 3PF within 7 days thereafter. See complaints policy www.dadca.org.uk
Your Responsibilities:
- If you are selling any second-hand electrical goods, you should be aware that
the goods must meet legal safety requirements; if you sell unsafe goods, and the goods cause injury or damage, you may have to pay compensation
- If you are a Trader - Trading Standards require that you clearly display your contact details and fill in and return a booking form which is available at www.DADCA.org.uk
Smoking and chewing gum:
No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building and Chewing Gum is banned.
We advise customers that the Social Club Hall floor surfaces are NOT non slip.
Charges;Car/table £10.00
No-shows or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be invoiced using the contact details provided on booking.
